Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear videos of unboxing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Refunds for eligible COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
